Anyone, whether lay or ordained, considering pastoral involvent, needs a high degree of self-awareness before effective ministry can be undertaken. This weekend will deal with issues of self-esteem, relationshipos in community and ministy, boundary issues in pastoral settings, and issues of intimacy and sexuality.

Specific case studies will be considered, keeping in mind the participants’ own experience.
